Garden City, Double Day, 1959 BCE, I cannot find an earlier edition of this book, Doubleday was one of the first publishers in Science Fiction and books did appear for the first time as BCE, NF with mild rubbing to spine ends, corners bumped, otherwise very clean with tight binding. DJ overall clean and intact, has edge rubs and short tears at spine ends and back cover, some scuff marks on back cover. From the flap: "Not in Solitude is an exciting and plausible novel about the first earthlings to arrive on Mars, by a man whose top-secret Air Force duties have enabled him to write of outer-space travel with unusual perception."
